Shoy McKen

<span data-metadata=""><span data-buffer="">Managing Partner, D22 Capital Advisory

Shoy is responsible for the firm’s advisory platform: site selection/ investment sales, structured finance and joint ventures partnerships. To date, Shoy has been responsible for over 100 transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $1.5 billion. Prior to forming D22 Capital Advisory, Shoy led the Capital Markets team at Lev Capital, a tech-driven debt and equity advisory. He previously managed an investment sales division at Besen & Associates. Prior to Besen, Shoy served as a Market Analyst at OCO Global, a UK-based foreign direct investment (FDI) consultancy, focusing on international real estate transactions and economic investments incentives. Shoy advised the global expansion of over 40 mid-sized companies.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Shoy generously donates his time to several philanthropic entities that focus on marginalized communities, by working within the cultural arts and community based organizations such as the Brooklyn Navy Yard and Ifetayo Cultural Arts Academy, and LREI. Shoy seeks to make contributions to organizations that continue to have a positive compounding effect on communities, large and small. He currently serves on the board of Project Helping.
